Product returns and exchanges

  • We offer refunds for Products if they are returned within 30 days business days of purchase, unused and in original packaging (if relevant).
  • To Start a return, you must contact us at info@greenweka.co.nz .If your return is accepted, we will advise you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You may return a Product if it is faulty, for example, if it does not meet our guarantees, or it is not what you ordered. Please let us know of any Product faults as soon as possible by emailing info@greenweka.co.nz and describing the fault. Please include the order number and photos of the fault (if possible). We may also ask you to send the Product back to us and, if the Product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will refund you any postage fees.
  • If the fault is not substantial and can be remedied, we will choose to provide you with a replacement, repair or refund. If the fault is substantial and cannot be remedied, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Any refunds will be provided to the original payment method.

Damage and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process .
